Summary:

Highly skilled Builder capable of taking on lead assembly responsibilities and supervisory responsibility and accountability for onsite service activities involved with unit placement and setup completion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Capable of performing essential duties and responsibilities of Builder Levels 1-4. Maintains an excellent driving record and is approved to operate company vehicles. Represents Trachte with professionalism and appropriate conduct when providing on-site services, working with the customer, customer representative, subcontractors, or fellow employees. Accountable for all travel expense reporting for assigned on-site services. Other duties as assigned. Endeavors to create a workplace environment that is enjoyable, engenders pride in the product and focus on the customer, and provides room for individual responsibilities and ideas.

Education/ Experience:

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving se
