First Year Experience Specialist

Tri Delta's Executive Office staff is growing! We are actively searching for a First Year Experience Specialist to join our Member Engagement Team. OBJECTIVE | Ensure the new member experience creates belonging for collegiate and alumnae new members and meaningfully connects them to Tri Delta

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage resources and delivery of collegiate New Member education, sponsor program, and first year experience with an emphasis on its continued relevance to further a sense of belonging to the collegiate chapter and also to Tri Delta as a whole
• Manage resources and delivery of the New Member alumnae program and first year experience to further a sense of belonging to the alumnae chapter and to Tri Delta as a whole
• Embed key themes into all New Member resources and tools
