Business Systems Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will bridge operations, finance, and IT—driving data clarity, streamlining reporting, and supporting critical software initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Crystal Reports, Power BI, and data integration projects, along with a passion for turning complex business needs into actionable technical solutions.

A day in the life may include:

• Maintain, update, and develop 200+ Crystal Reports within the Excede Dealer Management System to ensure timely and accurate reporting for multiple departments.
• Manage BI reporting requests and lead the migration of dashboards from Data Insight to Power BI, ensuring seamless adoption and functionality.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align systems with operational goals.
• Lead system integration projects, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and adherence to Master Data Governance standards.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate and enhance reporting tools, processes, and workflows to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in business systems or reporting roles
• Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
