Your role in our mission

• Enrolls users for transaction submissions and verifies receipt of electronic transmissions; and assists EDI technical staff with Beta testing for system changes as needed
• Assists providers, trading partners, and billing agents with electronic 5010 X12 HIPAA batches and real-time transactions; Provides technical assistance to users who are experiencing transmission difficulties.
• Enrolls users for transaction submissions and verifies receipt of electronic transmissions; and assists EDI technical staff with Beta testing for system changes as needed
• Review and process Billing Intermediary and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) enrollment applications according to Medi-Cal Dental-approved enrollment guidelines and other federal requirements and procedures.
• Will be working with both Gainwell Technologies and State liaison to provides EDI/EFT/Billing Intermediary support such as testing, project, reporting, and technical assistance.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years’ experience in Healthcare EDI
• Excellent Attendance, Verbal and Written communication skills
• Direct Interaction with California Medi-Cal Dental Providers including email, phone conversation etc.
• Process reports for EDI and excellent customer service is required on calls
• Ability to meet deadlines, keep a positive attitude and work independently, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

What you should expect in this role

• Must be a resident of the state of California. The office is located in the Roseville/Sacramento area.
• Initial 90-120 days need to report to work onsite with possibility of hybrid after (Based on overall performance)
• Must be available to work from home and in office/on site as per business needs

The pay range for this position is $37,500.00 - $53,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
