Saturday & Sunday - 7am-5:30pm

Liberty, SC

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemblers and Machine Operators assembles and machines components using automated equipment to produce fire protection sprinklers and devices.

• Responsible for visual inspection, testing, and assembling fire protection sprinklers
• Uses a Bill of Materials to determine the required parts
• Uses a variety of equipment including CNC machinery and semi-automated equipment, including stamping, clamping, torque wrenches, hydrostatic testing, glass bulb testing, and component hand assembly
• Promotes a safe workplace
• Performs other duties as directed

Skills and Competencies

• Must be able to be punctual and attend work on a regular and consistent basis
• Good hand / eye coordination
• Ability to perform repetitive rotation and movement of hands and wrists quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to stand for the majority (90%) of the day
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 40lbs

Qualifications

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience is preferred
• At least 18 years old
