Production Manager

Production Manager

GD Resources is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations, supply chain, and quality control for manufacturing programs.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.

Qualifications:

• Preferred certifications: CPIM, CSCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or PMP.

Experience:

• 8 years of experience in production or manufacturing with progressive responsibilities.

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, supply chain management, quality control, and team leadership.

• Experience in marine, aerospace, or automotive industries preferred.

• Familiarity with manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MES).

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization.
