💰 Pay Rates:

• 🧑‍⚕️ PCA: $15/hr

• 🩺 Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

✅ What You Need:

• 🎓 CNA license or PCA certification (required)
  
  
• 🚘 Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  
  
• 📝 Ability to follow care plans
  
  
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills
  
  
• 💪 Able to lift 25 lbs
  
  
• 🧠 Dementia care experience is a plus
