The Systems Team aims to accelerate Wiz’s growth by partnering with our go-to-market teams to deliver customer value. We take both a bird’s eye view and dive into the weeds to solve problems as a team to drive employee success and revenue. 

As a Salesforce Developer at our rapidly expanding cybersecurity SaaS company, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how we manage customer relationships, streamline processes, and drive growth in the dynamic cybersecurity landscape. This role will be pivotal in scaling our Salesforce capabilities to meet our ambitious growth targets while ensuring our systems remain secure and compliant. You'll play a key role in mentoring junior members, shaping our team's future, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. 

A particular focus on collaboration, organization, and experience with SaaS will be highly appreciated. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Custom Development and Optimization: Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions to enhance our cybersecurity business, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. 

• Integration and Data Security: Implement and manage integrations with a focus on data security and compliance, collaborating closely with our security team.  

• User Interface Enhancement: Create intuitive user interfaces to optimize user experience, particularly in security-conscious environments. 

• Testing and Compliance Assurance: Develop comprehensive testing strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 

• Deployment and Collaboration: Manage deployment processes and collaborate with DevOps to automate release processes for smooth deployments. 

• Documentation and Training: Document technical specifications and best practices, providing mentorship and training to junior team members to foster their growth. 

• Innovation and Optimization: Stay updated on Salesforce features and security trends, advocating for their adoption to drive innovation and efficiency. 

• Mentorship and Team Development: Take part in maturing the capabilities of the Salesforce org. Provide constructive feedback, share best practices, and facilitate learning opportunities to help them mature their skills and contribute effectively to the team's success. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including custom Apex and Visualforce coding, Lightning components, and advanced Salesforce configurations. A solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices is essential.  

• Cybersecurity Acumen: A keen awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with experience implementing Salesforce solutions that comply with industry standards like GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2. Knowledge of secure coding practices and data protection mechanisms within Salesforce is crucial. 

• Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with API integrations and Salesforce integration tools. Ability to securely integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications critical to cybersecurity operations. 

• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, particularly in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
