Job Description

The Senior Sales Research Consultant is responsible for researching and summarizing market, industry and specific organizational insights and trends to support Cielo's growth and client retention strategy. 

Responsibilities:

• Research, define, analyse and communicate global talent landscape and key talent acquisition trends, in addition to industry specific trends for Cielo’s core industries and regions. 
• Deliver tailored research reports to inform strategic growth initiatives such as new product development or competitive intelligence 
• Develop research briefs for organizations identified based on growth targets
• Support distribution and communication strategy for enabling the Cielo business with all research outputs through various internal channels
• Create final outputs that summarize research findings in the form of PowerPoint presentations, word documents and other mediums - consistent with Cielo brand guidelines
• Proactively facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to understand evolving needs and requests to support growth and client retention strategies

Qualifications

Professional background:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business environment 
• A minimum of a 1-year experience in a researcher, analyst, market intelligence consultant or other insights-related role is required
• HR, talent acquisition or recruitment industry experience is a benefit 

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficient analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key data
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English
