ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client—a leading company in the travel and hospitality industry with a strong international presence—is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist.

📌Location: Kallithea, Athens

📍 Working Model: On-site, Monday-Friday (09:00-17:00)

What you will do:

• Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and cruise passengers in a professional and friendly manner
• Address customer inquiries about cruises, providing accurate information about available packages, schedules, and services
• Cooperate closely with the customer service department to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
• Manage the telephone switchboard, directing calls and assisting with general inquiries
• Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and guests
• Provide general administrative support, including managing email correspondence and maintaining records
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and maintain office supplies

What we are looking for:

•  Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Ability to thrive in a team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration skills
