Position Overview
Advocate Health is partnering with Maine West High School to expand its established school-based health center and is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver comprehensive primary care services directly within a school setting, supporting the health and well-being of a diverse student population. The APRN will play a key role in improving access to care, promoting preventive health, and managing both acute and chronic conditions.
