- Understand and promote the mission, standards, and policies of the school
- Responsible for student support and discipline, as directed by Head of School, focusing efforts on student habit formation
- Pro-actively support students particularly related to transitions, lunch, recess, and other times that may require a high level of support
- Respond to teacher requests to meet with students
- Provide ‘triage’ for more serious discipline issues
- Consult/support creation and implementation of student behavior and probation plans
- Maintain student academic records and permanent records, including progress reports/report cards, and awards
- Support Head of School with administrative tasks that support the student body
- Title will depend upon actual hours worked

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; at least five years experience working with children in an educational environment, teaching experience preferred; devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
