Analyst-Information Services Support Intermediate
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides end user support using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of moderately complex and non-standard requests and issues under moderate level of guidance and direction. Works collaboratively with technical and business team members to conduct problem research, root cause analysis and issue resolution. Participates in the implementation of application upgrades and installation of new releases. Maintains working knowledge of applications within their domain. Contributes to the overall support knowledgebase and training to other business and IT team members. Prioritizes and organizes own work.
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
• Experience implementing or supporting Desktop and Mobile Operating systems.
- Experience with tools such as:
- Windows Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Microsoft Intune
- Workspace ONE
- Imprivata MAM
- PowerShell and scripting
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Customer-focused approach to service delivery.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience required.
Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications. Ex. ERP, HR Payroll and Finance.
Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word).
Requires experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions.
