Retail Sales Coordinator

EquipmentShare is Hiring a Retail Sales Coordinator. 

EquipmentShare is searching for a Retail Sales Coordinator for CASE Power & Equipment, Florida to support our sales team as the team continues to grow. EquipmentShare is seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to be responsible for the development and coordination of retail sales working closely with our Sales Territory Managers, District Sales Managers, and Retail Fleet Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads, collect information from customer that will enable follow-up from
  assigned Sales Territory Manager
• Manage an review "Deal Sheets" to verify correct discounts and costs
• Assist in the coordination of a sale throughout the process:o Website Contacts and Call ins - Collection of information from the customer, Contact,
      Timing, Need, Type of Sale, Financing required, etc
  o Selection of proper equipment using FIFO method and physical location as a guide
  o Become a resource for quotations as needed for the Sales Territory Managers
  o Upon a successful order coordinate paperwork, Manuals, Attachments, shop PDI and
     Make-Ready as well as delivery logistics and training.
  o Coordinate Trade-In inspections and proper documentation if required.
  o Become a resource for Sales Territory Managers to enable them to spend more time in
  the field with customers.
• Support Retail Fleet Manager in maintaining equipment database
• Maintain quotation database to accurately measure closing ratio
