ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

 

The HR Advisor will play an integral role collaborating and assisting the HR Business Partner acrossdifferent functions in the organization.
You will be an integral part of the Human Resources team during a transformational time, workingclosely with peers and the Centers of Excellence across HR (COEs). You'll be on the front line ofpartnering with the business. You will be a crucial member of the HR community providingassistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies,programs and practices.

  • First line manager support
  • Discussing terms and conditions of employment and benefits with employees
  • Monitoring metrics such as retention rates and staff turnover.
  • Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies
  • Researching and recommending performance evaluation methods (e.g. employee appraisalsystems)
  • Designing and helping implement company policies
  • Address employee requests and potential issues (e.g. grievances)
  • Mobility/Visa Immigration
  • Country policy updates and communications
  • Program delivery support
  • Cross country & functional project implementation

ABOUT YOU

  • A minimum of 3-4 years’ proven work experience in human resources.
  • A bachelor’s in human resources, business administration, or a related field such as laborrelations.
  • The ability to research, analyze, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe.
  • Updated knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment legislation.
  • Excellent writing ability to present clear and equitable company policies
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (HRMS)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, including senior staff members.
  • The ability to develop trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with global teams a plus.

Candidates who can commute to our office in Morristown NJ will be preferred

COMPENSATION

 

The pay range for this opportunity is from $75,000 to $101,250 + performance-related bonus + benefits.
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.

 

Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
