CONTRACT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience preparing and coordinating contract request package specification documentation, contract modifications, task, material and labor cost, and delivery orders, as well as staying current with revisions and updates of contract package documentation. Experience developing and reviewing technical specifications, scopes of work, estimated cost of work/labor, and assists with development of both simple acquisition and major procurement activities. Experience maintaining a complete and fully accessible material, cost, and data file using computer software programs such as (MS Word, Excel, Adobe, ETC.) for the purpose of preparing specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and tracking quantities. Experience communicating and corresponding by telephone, e-mail, MS Teams, or available IT platforms with manufacturers, vendors, and various personnel, requesting catalogs, brochures, and specifications on specific items.
