Organization & Role

The Semiconductor Test Division of Teradyne is looking for a Revenue Analyst / Accountant to oversee the division’s worldwide revenue and accounting.  The Revenue analyst will play an intricate role reporting actual, quarterly forecast and the financial close process.

This role is hybrid with onsite work at our headquarters in North Reading, MA.

 

Responsibilities
•    Analyze sales contracts to ensure worldwide revenues are accounted for according to ASC 606.
•    Preparation of weekly divisional product line orders forecast
•    Assist revenue Operations group in revenue recognition rules
•    Preparation of other cost of sales actuals and forecasting including warranty expense and freight cost
•    Review and analyze sales orders margins, including deferred revenue and cogs account, in order to ensure timely revenue recognition
•    Review and analyze bookings on a monthly basis and reporting results quarterly to corporate
•    Analyze backlog reports on a weekly basis and use to track misc. forecast
•    Assist with internal and external audit request as needed
•    Provide analytical support, ad-hoc reporting and other projects

 


Basic Qualifications & Skills
•    3-4 years of relevant work experience, public accounting experience is a plus
•    Solid Technical accounting skills
•    Strong communication and organizational skills
•    Proficiency in Office 365
•    Energy and personality to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and business functions

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
  • CPA desired.
