FBA Shipping Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FBA Shipping Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our Amazon FBA Channel. This critical role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of our consumer electronics from inventory to Amazon Fulfillment Centers. By managing inventory accuracy, streamlining processes, and leading a dedicated team, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to spread audio bliss through thoughtful product curation, accurate information, and expert advice. Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring products are correctly prepared and dispatched to Amazon Fulfillment Centers.

• Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance order processing workflows to reduce time and costs, ensuring efficient operations from warehouse to fulfillment centers.

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure 100% adherence to Amazon’s palletization and shipment requirements through regular audits and corrective actions.

• Freight Coordination: Manage freight broker relationships and negotiate shipping rates to optimize cost-efficiency and delivery timeliness.

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the FBA operations team to achieve high performance, productivity, and operational excellence.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and meet established objectives and key results.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role, with a focus on e-commerce or Amazon FBA operations.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA requirements and logistics.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience with managing large-scale shipments and negotiating with freight brokers.

• Certifications: Professional certifications related to logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLTD) are a plus.

• Skills: Familiarity with data analytics tools and advanced inventory management software.
