Junior eCommerce Analyst

What you’ll be doing…

As a Junior eCommerce Analyst at Future PLC, you will play a pivotal part in identifying merchant partner opportunities that power our eCommerce revenue growth strategies. Collaborating closely with our Editorial and Audience teams, you will contribute to the core analysis of merchant commission rates, facilitate communication of tentpole event details to authors, and provide insights to enhance content and product conversion rates.

The ideal candidate for this role is constantly curious and has a passion for discovering patterns in consumer behaviour through statistical analysis, working with Editorial teams to drive revenue via content and affiliate merchandising strategies.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

• Experience in business, marketing, communications
• Experience in eCommerce, digital publishing or affiliate marketing.
• Experience with publisher-side affiliate program operations - partner relations, link generation and tracking, onboarding and offboarding of programs, generating campaign parameters, communicating partner updates to editorial teams, eCommerce insights communication to Editorial teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate analytical findings to stakeholders at all levels of sophistication.
•  Excellent people, organisational, time, and project management skills.
• A data enthusiast that is an inquisitive problem solver with a customer service work ethic.
