Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems or in a related HR technology role
• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices
• Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, solution design, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain system design and dependencies to business users
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Functional configuration experience with Workday
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with "ServiceNow" along with HRSD and "Docebo" Learning Management System 
• Project management experience, including leading initiatives through completion
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory practices

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance HR system workflows to support current and future business needs, including process automation to improve user experience
• Document and deliver test results, technical documentation, and functional demonstrations for business approval
• Ensure data integrity, security controls, audit support, and appropriate end‑user access across HR platforms
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology partners to improve system performance and data quality
• Support ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and operational activities
• Mentor and support team members as needed
