The Senior Liaison, Partnerships plays a vital role in establishing, sustaining, and enhancing relationships with experiential learning partners and partnered healthcare facilities for Nightingale College. This role exemplifies superior professionalism, interpersonal communication skills, precision, and a proactive approach to relationship management while handling a higher volume of complex assignments. Guided by principles of self-governance, growth mindset, and transparency, the Senior Liaison takes responsibility for driving results and fostering successful partnerships that align with the College’s mission for Integrative Practicum (IP) and Experiential Learning (EL) placements.

The Senior Specialist Liaison IV supports the success of their peers by serving as a subject matter expert (SME), offering guidance, and making best practice recommendations to the Manager and Assistant Manager of the Partnerships function on process and SOP improvements.
