The Senior Liaison, Partnerships plays a vital role in establishing, sustaining, and enhancing relationships with experiential learning partners and partnered healthcare facilities for Nightingale College. This role exemplifies superior professionalism, interpersonal communication skills, precision, and a proactive approach to relationship management while handling a higher volume of complex assignments. Guided by principles of self-governance, growth mindset, and transparency, the Senior Liaison takes responsibility for driving results and fostering successful partnerships that align with the College’s mission for Integrative Practicum (IP) and Experiential Learning (EL) placements.

The Senior Specialist Liaison IV actively works towards goals while ensuring that decisions align with both partner expectations and the broader mission of the College.

The Senior Specialist Liaison IV holds themselves accountable for data accuracy, ensuring that all partnership records are meticulously updated and maintained with expert precision. 

• Transparency and communication: Communicates clearly, compellingly, and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency in all partnership dealings. • Cross-functional collaboration and support: Collaborates with internal teams to prepare services for IP and EL placements, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics and operations. The Senior Specialist Liaison IV supports the success of their peers by serving as a subject matter expert (SME), offering guidance, and making best practice recommendations to the Manager and Assistant Manager of the Partnerships function on process and SOP improvements.
