A Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within a warehouse in both facilities (Rockford East and Rockford West) to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves coordinating staff, managing inventory, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines. The position ensures smooth warehouse operations by managing the flow of goods and materials. The employee is responsible for providing shift leadership by managing the workflow of inventory movement and coordination with FLTO (Forklift Operators). The position also performs daily and weekly cycle counts and provide reports to the necessary manager/department.

The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30pm. 

This positions pay is going up to $27/hr.  

Essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  1. Performs all work in a safe manner; promotes and fosters a safe work environment.
  2. Inventories all products on a routine (daily/weekly/monthly) basis to an accuracy level of 98% or higher.
  3. Performs SAP transactions to add or remove product due to errors. Requires research, submits findings to appropriate supervisor or manager and requests approval before correction transaction occurs.
  4. Proposes corrective actions in case of any issue and makes sure the corrective actions are implemented.
  5. Performs scrap adjustments to reconcile damaged products out of inventory.
  6. Able to become proficient
