1st Shift Schedule:
• This position is for 1st shift.
• Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM
• Overtime available on a business need basis.
What You Will Do:
• You will assist in over seeing critical aspects of Compliance associated with Nadcap, Fedral and State Regulations and our internal QMS system requirements .
• You will assist in Inspection and disposition of Non-comforming materials
• You will provide analytical support for incoming material and chemical processes
• You will process record review and compliance
• You will sample and conduct analytical measurements on plating solutions
• You will conduct process performance testing; salt spray, adhesion, coating weight, ect.
• You will manage chemistry data base (TrueChem)
• You will maintain chemistry inventory for lab and production area
• You will conduct new material qualification testing
• You will manage pH and conductivity equipment for facility
• You will mentor and train operators in basic analytical operations such as pH, density, stag factor, ect.
• You will work under direction of Plating Engineers
• You will maintain Lab equipment (Auto Titrator), Salt spray, ect.
• You will order supplies and materials supporting Plating and Tube Fab
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Typically requires a HS diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is typically required.
