Accounting Clerk - RideNow Goodyear

RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Accounting Clerk with a keen attention to detail to join our team! Responsibilities

 

• Enter A/R payments, A/P invoices, and process vendor checks
• General Ledger reconciliations
• Post daily bank activity and totals
• Research and review store expenses
• Assist with processing title work for on road and off road units
• Process funding for sales department deals
• Complete MSO, Title, and License Plate Audits
• Posting parts packing slips 

Qualifications

Requirements

• 1 + year of general accounting experience
• Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, cash management, and general ledger
• The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to work well under pressure
• Vehicle title experience is a plus, not required
• Notary certification is a plus
