POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Senior Director, Portfolio and Change Management, you’ll oversee and manage the portfolio of projects and initiatives within Nestlé Purina. You’ll ensure that the projects align with our strategic objectives and contribute to overall organization success. We’ll count on you to drive portfolio management, strategic alignment, change management, risk management, and stakeholder management. Overall, the portfolio and change manager plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization's portfolio of projects is effectively managed, aligned with strategic objectives, and successfully implemented.
- Create and communicate the strategic roadmap for a portfolio of products, ensuring collectively they contribute to moving broad organizational objectives forward
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for Purina, aligning with the overall business objectives, and in collaboration with Global IT and Zone IT
- Deliver detailed roadmaps, requirements, solution design, action plans, and understanding of downstream impacts on other systems and products
- Implement best practice development methodologies to achieve higher velocity and thorough initiatives while achieving more predictable delivery
- Ensure budget alignments for financial elements in Digital Technology with regular reporting on budgets and forecast
- Collaborate with program executive sponsors across commercial, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and other functions to ensure strong communication and alignment with strategic vision
- Develop strategies and plans to ensure fast adoption and high utilization of new tools and ways of working
- Collaborate with functional change leads, HR, and the global organizational development team
- Lead the Organizational Change Management work stream, including Communications and Training
- Coach senior leaders and executives in their roles as change sponsors
- Work with country stakeholders in managing transitions
- Assist project managers and teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
- Provide input to change communications and training plans
- Lead meetings to understand changes and develop a change adoption plan
- Analyze and implement strategies to overcome resistance to change
- Evaluate the cost and budgetary impact of change management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Development and/or Management Leadership Studies or related fields
- 10+ years of professional experience in project management, portfolio management, and change management
Other
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Experience successfully leading and managing large-scale projects and initiatives, overseeing portfolios of projects, and driving organizational change
