As the Product Manager Intern for the Smartsheet Views Pillar, you will support our efforts to build exceptional collaborative work management experiences for our core application. You will develop and bring new capabilities to market to address the needs of modern process, project and portfolio managers supporting traditional waterfall, hybrid and Agile methodologies.

This is a remote internship at Smartsheet, based in the USA. You will report to a Product Manager for 10-12 weeks over the summer months. The rate of pay for this role is $30.00 hourly.

You Will:

• Take a product feature through the entire lifecycle, from problem definition all the way through production launch
• Deeply understand the needs of our customers, synthesize business intelligence and research data, and communicate these findings through customer problem definition documents
• Create and communicate a compelling vision for your product area
• Craft product requirements, make the call on prioritization and trade-offs where necessary, obtain support from leadership, and rally teams around your vision
• Report on goals for your areas, and use them to improve our features and roadmap
• Collaborate across teams including Engineering, Design, UX Design, UX Research, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales

You Have:

• Technical or business degree track, user experience design, software engineering coursework, or equivalent experience working with engineers to make product design decisions on behalf of customers
• Detail oriented and takes pride in crafting delightful customer experiences
• Metrics and analytics driven
• Previous Product Management internship or project experience preferred
• Graduated or are a rising senior or equivalent
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US on an ongoing basis
