What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 1–2+ years of restaurant leadership in a guest-facing role, ideally in high-volume or fast-casual restaurant setting.
• Guest-focused with a strong operational mindset
• Skilled at training, motivating, and inspiring FOH team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable managing FOH/BOH flow during high-volume shifts
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and service standards that keep guests happy and safe.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Hands-on, energetic, and always ready to jump in to help the team shine.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily operations and keep service running like clockwork
• Support and guide team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
• Handle orders and shift paperwork with accuracy
• Jump in wherever needed to ensure every guest leaves happy
• Check in throughout the meal, respond quickly to requests, and turn any issue into a positive experience.
• Tackle opening and closing side work with pride, keeping everything stocked, ready, and beautiful for the next shift.
