M365 Solutions Engineer Description

Own the roadmap. Lead the projects. Maximize Microsoft 365.

We’re looking for a hands-on M365 expert to drive strategy, lead initiatives, and unlock the full potential of our Microsoft 365 environment.

You’ll take ownership of platforms like Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams—while rolling out new capabilities, improving security, and building workflow automation. This isn’t just support, you’ll lead our M365 roadmap and help shape how the organization collaborates and secures data.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and evolve our Microsoft 365 roadmap
• Administer Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Manage email security tools (Microsoft Defender, Mimecast)
• Deploy and maintain Microsoft Intune for endpoint security
• Build and support Power Automate workflows
• Implement DLP, retention, and data governance via Microsoft Purview
• Own M365 projects: migrations upgrades, and security rollouts
• Stay on top of M365 updates and identify strategic opportunities
• Collaborate across teams to align M365 with business goals
• Maintain clear, consistent documentation

Requirements

 What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on M365 experience
• Deep knowledge of:
  • Exchange Online & email protection
  • Intune for device security
  • SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate
  • Entra ID / Azure AD
  • DLP, data governance, PowerShell scripting
• Strong communication and project leadership skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking

Education

• Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft certifications like:
  • M365 Enterprise Admin Expert
  • Modern Desktop Admin Associate
  • SC-400 (Information Protection Admin)
  • Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals
