Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Remote or NYC, NY
Reporting To: Sales Operations Manager
Our new Sales Operations Specialist will report to the Sales Operations Manager and will work closely with the operational excellence, sales, and customer success teams. You’ll contribute to driving sales effectiveness through the development, maintenance and optimization of key sales operations processes. You will also ensure overall customer experience by ensuring contracts are accurate, as well as managing a smooth hand-off to the customer success team. With our recent implementation of Salesforce, there are also opportunities to create processes and contribute to shaping the culture of the sales organization.
Your typical day will consist of validating and approving contracts, working with the sales team to ensure data integrity and that sales processes are followed in our CRM. You’ll work in our project management software, Monday.com to help manage inventory and execution of client contracts. You’ll also contribute to weekly reporting, ensuring the Sales Managers have what they need to report to management. You will assist the sales team with organization, training, and onboarding. As you create and refine the daily processes, you’ll create documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving all orders to ensure accuracy for reporting and invoicing
- Manage Monday.com inventory boards
- First point of contact for the sales team
- Stay on top of revenue changes and approvals
- Process order changes
- Assist sales and marketing teams to ensure our CRM has accurate data
- Work with finance team on various sales-related tasks such as invoicing, usage and client relations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years sales operations experience, ideally with direct customer exp
- Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce a plus
- Experience with Monday.com
- Bias toward process and organization
- Light analytics/reporting experience
- Experience with excel (advanced-beginner+)
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and value creation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-pace environment and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology.
