About the Job:

Nandail Property Management is looking for a skilled Licensed Plumber to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for performing plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance (including pipe systems, fixtures, and appliances)
• Willing to travel around 50 miles radius from home location
• Respond to plumbing-related service requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations
• Manage multiple plumbing projects while maintaining high-quality standards
• Work with the team to complete tasks within deadlines and budget requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Plumber credentials
• Experience with plumbing systems, including installations and repairs
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
