What You’ll Do:

• Design and deliver practical, high-impact training for sales teams at all levels.
• Partner with managers to reinforce process, measure results, and hold teams accountable.
• Champion a coaching culture focused on discipline, ownership, and delivering a 5-star customer experience.
• Continuously refine word tracks, lead handling, and appointment skills to adapt in any market.

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Sales Management or as a Sales Trainer within automotive retail dealerships
• Strong understanding of automotive sales and dealership operations
• Skilled coach with proven negotiation and communication abilities
• Culture-driven leader who promotes strong values and behaviors
• Dedicated lifelong learner focused on improving training quality

Compensation 

• The estimated annual earnings for this position are $120,000.00 - $150,000.00.
