The Team Lead/ Associate Director is a key member of our Commercial Organization Team, working closely with our customers and partners, internal sales teams, and Innovid’s creative department. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the online advertising space: publisher trafficking, advanced measurement, and dynamic creative. This role is responsible for ensuring the account team is trained and understands best practices for executing flawless omnichannel campaigns with Innovid. He/she is responsible for managing a team of account managers and/or technical account managers with a focus on superb customer service with a focus on quality and effectiveness, as well as overall customer satisfaction. With their strong technical aptitude, this individual is a quick learner of tools and technologies, constantly iterating ideas for improvement.
What You Will Do:
- Manage a team of 3-5 Account Managers and oversee their book of business.
- Responsible for ongoing training and to ensure all campaign tasks are done correctly and efficiently.
- Day-to-day leadership, go-to resource, and point of escalation for the team in regards to questions, issues, challenges, and wins.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to help team members grow and excel in their roles.
- Effectively leads his/her team in mastering a complicated product suite, skilled in the identification of incremental revenue opportunities, and equally passionate about customer partnership and customer satisfaction through quality and efficiency.
- Partners with sales to manage Innovid’s strategic relationships with a constant focus on retention and revenue growth opportunities.
- Account Manager educator and cultivator.
- Ensures excellence in ownership and management of processes including on-boarding, product roll outs, and account best practices.
- Foster an environment that encourages continuous learning, professional development, and career growth opportunities for direct reports.
- Effectively solves problems, is always looking for new, better ways to do things.
- Infuses this into the culture of their team. Assist with resources planning, hiring, and retention.
- Develop high potential talent with the goal of retaining and growing this talent within Innovid.
What You Will Need:
- 3+ years of people management experience, Advertising Operations experience or related business experience.
- Aptitude for monitoring and assessing performance of team members; strong delegation, coaching, and mentorship skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising space: publisher trafficking, advanced measurement, and dynamic creative.
- Must have proven experience managing and executing digital campaigns as main client point of contact.
- Proficient knowledge of 3rd party vendors; ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and recommend best practices.
- Knowledge of industry specific terms related to digital media and in particular, video (i.e. VAST, VPAID, verification, viewability).
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills a must.
- Future-minded individual with a strong desire to contribute to an emerging leader in the online media space.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
- Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree.
- This is a hybrid position in our New York City office with an in office presence 2 days a week.
- Title will be determined by amount of experience
