Shift: Dayshift – Non-Exempt Position
Office Hours: 8am- 5pm

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to both the Director of People & Culture and the General Manager, along with assisting the broader People & Culture team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Director of People & Culture with daily administrative tasks.
- Greet visitors and follow company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Assist the General Manager with managing their calendar and any other duties as assigned.
Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries for the team.
HR Support:
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Arrange logistics for training sessions, workshops, and other departmental activities.
Project Assistance:
- Support special projects as assigned by the Director of People & Culture.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.
Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
- A degree or qualification in Business Administration or Secretarial studies is advantageous.
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
