The Project Manager is responsible for the planning and implementation of approved projects or initiatives. The Project Manager is responsible for making decisions and escalating unresolved issues to the Project Management Office and/or the sponsoring Senior Executive Team member.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead project or initiative to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful delivery; lead team members in multiple functions to define, document, and manage deliverables
2. Engage in project planning activities, including but not limited to: create and maintain consolidated timeline highlighting major achievements and associated dates for project activities; create testing scripts for project team and assist with implementing systems; identify and communicate project dependencies, risks, and issues and associated impacts; creates and assist with departmental procedures.
3. Keep all stakeholders (internal & external) engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about progress throughout the project
4. Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgraded products or processes
5. Monitor and track all escalated issues to resolution
6. May assist in the implementation of program management tools and methodologies
7. May assist in the creation of standard templates for program management deliverables
8. Provide mentoring and support to other Project Managers in dealing with project management issues for assigned projects
9. Compliance with any and all BSA/AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements set forth by Bank Policy and Procedure, including but not limited to timely completion of assigned training.
SECONDARY DUTIES
The position performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
The position is responsible for the supervision of all office employees and is expected to provide leadership, training and support to staff members.
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The incumbent is in a non-confined office setting in which they are free to move about at will. In the course of performing the duties and responsibilities of this position spends time writing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 25 pounds), sitting, typing on a computer keyboard, and standing, kneeling and reaching.
The incumbent for this position may operate any or all of the following: telephone, copy and fax machine, adding machine, computer and related printers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
These specifications are guidelines based on the minimum experience required to perform the essential functions of the job. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines:
• High school diploma.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within banking or financial technology industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Experience in SharePoint a plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, proficient planning and organization skills, strong judgment and decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Helpful, positive, flexible, professional and customer focused.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
