Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage and oversee client accounts to ensure all services meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Assist with client onboarding and provide necessary support throughout the process.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.
• Prepare and present performance reports for clients and management.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
