Training Coordinator - Full Time, Remote (Little Rock, Arkansas)

IPG works in the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico handling a variety of claims including, but not limited to auto physical damage, inland marine cargo, dealers' open lot, property damage (commercial and homeowners) and general liability.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Training Coordinator, is responsible for overseeing the training needs for International Programs Group in the United States.  As a key member of the IPG team, the Training Coordinator works closely with the Managing Director, Head of Claims and Head of Operations within the IPG US division.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for training new IPG Employees
  • Coordination of training new employees with the respective employee’s department manager
  • Assist with adjuster licensing requirements and CE credits
  • Work with the SCM Team for module training for new and existing employees
  • Develop system training for IPG employees
  • Point of contact for questions about the system
  • Coordinate the required annual adjuster training
  • Work collaboratively across all internal departments.
  • Adhere to all company and department personnel policies and procedures.
  • Other related responsibilities and tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other management as directed.
  • Duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

Qualifications:

  • Some claims work preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree/College diploma is preferred
  • Training experience required
  • Experience with Lloyd’s of London is considered an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Location: Remote work but may be required to travel into local office when needed
