General Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled General Laborers for projects located in Lynnwood, WA.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $26/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:        

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment and grounds 
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical systems such as HVAC, electrical fixtures and switches, conduit, minor plumbing repairs
• Unclogging drains and fixing leaks 
• Perform Carpentry tasks such as; repairing doors, windows and painting 
• Assist with setup and cleanup 
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools 
• Manage inventory tools and maintenance supplies 
• Respond to emergency maintenance activities and coordinating with external contractors 
• Proactive maintenance inspections 

 

 

Requirements

• Must have HS diploma or GED equivalent 
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record 
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
