Job Description
NBCUniversal is looking for a Director Product Management, Data Collaboration within the Ad Tech Platforms Customer Solutions team.
The key objective of the Measurement & Data Collaboration team is to develop products that support data collaboration between NBCU and its partners, including measurement partners, clients, agencies, and business partners. The product team works cross-functionally to understand market opportunities, analyzes data to draw insights and learnings, collaborates on a go-to-market plan to drive the success of the product suite.
The Director Product Management in this role will be a tech-savvy leader who will support the launch, adoption and success of data collaboration initiatives unlocking audience planning and ad measurement use cases for our measurement, client, agency and business partners. This is a cross-functional role that is data-focused so the program manager must have basic working knowledge of SQL and have some experience querying and analyzing datasets.
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership - Own and drive measurement and data collaboration product initiatives across internal teams and business partners
- Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, privacy, legal, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of critical initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including senior leadership, internal teams, external partners, and industry organizations.
- Present and evangelize our data collaboration product suite to internal and external partners, educating teams on capabilities that can unlock each partner’s business objectives.
- Define key performance metrics and establish systems to track and evaluate the success of critical initiatives. Develop and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Consume complex data and information, drive insights and create impactful stories.
- Identify and act on opportunities for incorporation of the audience and measurement collaboration products.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in backend or fullstack software engineering, and has a passion for engineering cultural transformation and embodying a mindset of continuous learning.
- Experience in developing AI, and ML solutions, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Programming proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and generative models
- Experience in building scalable applications powered by LLMs, utilizing cutting-edge frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Understanding off-the-shelf LLM services (like Azure OpenAI) to seamlessly incorporate LLM capabilities in future architectures
- Ability to leverage cloud computing expertise to design robust architectures.
- Ability to think critically about problems, decipher user preferences versus requirements, and effectively use online and onsite resources to find appropriate solutions.
- Understanding of backend technologies and RESTful services, with experience in integrating, developing and consuming APIs.
