About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, motivated and highly organized Employee Experience Coordinator & Executive Assistant to support the New York City office and Executive leadership team. This role will provide critical administrative support to the People Success (Human Resources) team and additional executives while managing on-site day to day NYC office functions, ensuring an efficient, welcoming, and collaborative work environment.You’ll be a trusted member of the People Success team, managing calendars, travel, meetings, and communications - while also ensuring our office space is optimized, safe, and aligned with company culture. What You'll Do
Employee Experience Coordinator
- Serve as the on the ground resource for the NYC office to ensure it is a welcoming space for employees and guests
- Work with teammates in Workplace Services (Facilities), Recruiting, Administration and broader People Success to problem solve, improve processes and create great employee experiences at our NYC office
- Plan and execute in-office events and engagement activities that foster community and align with LendingClub’s culture
- Act as a liaison for facilities issues, space planning, and in-office team logistics
Executive Assistant
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting and meeting logistics
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including candidate interviews, and company-wide events
- Help drive cross-functional People Success initiatives by supporting project planning and coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Be a proactive partner to Executives, thinking ahead and using pattern recognition to prevent issues before they happen
About You
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Human Resources/Recruiting role
- Bachelor's degree or higher; or equivalent work experience
- Strong track record of organization, achievement (academic or professional) and motivation
- Exceptional multitasking skill, with a keen attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment and skilled in managing shifting priorities
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for creating exceptional relationships
- Proven ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a natural collaborator
- Experience with Zoom & Microsoft Office is a plus
Work Location
New York
The above locations are eligible offices for this role. The locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this role’s team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model, and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In-person attendance is essential for this role’s success, and remote placement will not be considered. LendingClub offers relocation, based on actual job level.

Compensation
The target hourly range for this position is 26-31/hour. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClub’s Total Rewards package. You may also be eligible for long-term awards (equity) and an annual bonu
