WHERE WE NEED YOU
The Protiviti Americas Delivery Center (located in the US Midwest) is seeking a Pod Lead to join our growing team. Embracing Protiviti’s vision of “Bringing Confidence to a Dynamic World,” Americas Delivery Center (ADC) provides cost-effective, tech-enabled, and standardized services at scale, to drive efficiency into our service delivery processes in support of our global clients.
As part of the Protiviti ADC team, you will oversee a team of professionals striving to deliver service excellence for our clients around the globe. On a typical day, our delivery center staff will collaborate and execute tasks for the project assigned to them in support of Protiviti’s Solution offerings – Technology, Risk and Compliance, Internal Audit & Financial Advisory, and Business Performance Improvement. The site capabilities may include research, analysis, development, maintenance, testing, validation, reporting, and other activities based on client needs. As an ADC Pod Lead, you will be responsible for managing a Pod (team) of Analysts and Senior Analysts and overseeing multiple projects to ensure quality and efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL FOCUS ON
Ensuring high quality delivery of project requirements and service levels throughout the project life cycle.
Conducting client meetings, including project kickoff and closing meetings.
Preparing and reviewing client project deliverables and reports.
Identifying, implementing and communicating best practices and process knowledge across multiple ADC projects and delivery teams.
Collaborating with the Site Lead to provide information and data analysis for client-facing project leads.
Performing job administration responsibilities, including status reports, budget to actuals, and performance evaluations for Senior Analysts and Analysts.
Inspiring a team and providing growth and development opportunities.
Assessing and mitigating risks and ensuring that project controls, including statutory and regulatory requirements, are in place.
Reviewing and ensuring adherence to client information and confidentiality agreements.

YOUR EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience. Additional industry experience may be substituted in lieu of college degree.
5+ years working in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
Well versed in Microsoft Office suite applications with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills, and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$83,000 - $138,000
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job:
