You will work closely with the business and other stakeholders to ensure an eye-level business partnering. Furthermore you will keep close contact with the main HR Office in Oberkochen, Germany. You will be part of a strong multifunctional HR Team which operates from several locations in Germany and works together very collaboratively.</p><h1></h1><p></p><h1><b>Your role</b></h1><ul><li><p><span>Own the employee experience regarding HR Operations at all stages of the employee life cycle such as recruiting, onboarding, performance- and talent Management as well as salary review </span></p></li><li><p><span>Understand the client business, mission, challenges, business initiatives and business model to influence and facilitate the development of organizational priorities and related change initiatives </span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide expert consultancy on HR Operations matters for the management and business </span></p></li><li><p><span>Advise and support managers on operational and strategic HR issues </span></p></li><li><p><span>Support in conflict situations, team development and structural and cultural change management </span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate in HR transformation projects and tasks such programs and activities for <span>candidate-/employee-experience</span> and development </span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive process standardization, optimization, and automatization in HR Operations processes with the relevant contact persons </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure the proper functionality of HR systems</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Your profile</b></h1><ul><li><p><span>5+ year experience in HR in a Senior HR BP role </span></p></li><li><p><span>Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably with HR focus </span></p></li><li><p><span>Good understanding of Swiss Laborlaw and social security </span></p></li><li><p><span>Operational people experience, project management and solid knowledge of theory of HR policies, processes and practices </span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong and empathetic communicator in German and English, French is beneficial</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Your ZEISS Recruiting Team:</p>Rebecca Wöhrle, Sascha Müller
