This critical role will lead the charge in analyzing and interpreting data, building data infrastructure, and providing actionable insights to enhance user experience and business performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights that inform and guide product and business decisions
• Design, create, and maintain reports for key performance metrics, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with department leads to define and refine data requirements, ensuring cross-functional alignment on data-driven strategies
• Develop and implement robust data collection and analysis methodologies to ensure data integrity and scalability across projects
• Identify trends, patterns, and key insights from data to proactively recommend strategies that drive business growth and optimize performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of driving data insights that influence business decisions
• Strong proficiency in both relational and non-relational databases, with the ability to manage and manipulate large datasets efficiently
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Tableau to create clear, actionable reports and dashboards
• Expert-level understanding of statistics, with the ability to apply advanced analytical techniques to derive meaningful insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
