 Job Description

The Quality Test Technician is responsible for analyzing Moultrie products to determine if the desired quality and specifications are being upheld. The inspected products and tasks will include development products, current product lines, competitive products, and routine quality checks of multiple models. The Technician must be self-motivated and able to follow, document, and if necessary, create procedures/processes. Findings need to be documented and effectively communicated to multiple levels of management. As a “high confidence, low ego” team player, the Quality Test Technician will work with brand engineers and product managers to ensure product testing and other tasks are executed in a consistent and thorough manner. The Quality Test Technician for Moultrie Trail Cameras must be detail oriented, and easily adapt to new situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Test multiple products and types per test suites
  • Document and generate of detailed reports
  • Test electronic devices for functionality, standards and performance
  • Verify product specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance of test benches, equipment, instruments, facility, etc.
  • Follow a detailed test procedure and complete the necessary paperwork to record and report test results

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Technology or Electronics preferred
  • 1-2 years of work experience required
  • Must have basic understanding of electronics required
  • Must be able to work flexible hours required
  • At least one year of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Familiarity with test and troubleshooting methods required
  • Passionate about the outdoors preferred
