Lead Physician

Description

 As a member of our team, you will be part of a community of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes. We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including medical diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures to aid in diagnosis and treatment

- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines

- Educate patients on preventive health measures and health maintenance practices

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

- Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

- Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards and guidelines

Requirements

- Medical degree from an accredited institution

- Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine

- Active medical license in the state of New York

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes

- Understanding of and commitment to working with diverse patient populations
