The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Information Technology Business Partner to join our team in Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; or Long Beach, CA.     

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with program engineers, senior leadership, and Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) teams to develop and implement Information Technology (IT) solutions helping to meet Boeing Global Services (BGS) government service business objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversees and acts as an internal consultant for liaison activities at a strategic/enterprise level between the business or function and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure the most complex of business objectives are met

• Leads the education of the Business’ senior leadership on IT service offerings

• Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT at the highest levels to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality

• Directs the development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders

• Oversees the identification of risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function senior leadership to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments

• Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function

• Accounts for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

• Experience communicating to senior business and functional leaders

• Experience in the aerospace industry

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Experience with product support components

• Experience with analytics and Gen AI product capabilities

• Experience implementing a range of IT products in support of a variety of functions: engineering, manufacturing, quality, and/or supply chain

Summary pay range: $113,050 - $163,300
