Central to the Amadeus business, Reservation represents the beating heart of the company and has recently joined forces with Shopping to become TSI-TSR (Travel Shopping & Reservation). This new organization is continuously evolving towards new paradigms (NDC) and new products (Nevio), while transitioning to a Cloud architecture.
Our DEQ Department (DevOps, Engineering Experience, and Quality) is a hub of technical innovation for over 30 applications, including backends, frontends, big data, and cloud-native applications. In Engineering Experience, we embody Innovation and Reliability, designing and implementing solutions that simplify complexity for our internal customers.
What We Do:
We own the CI/CD ecosystem for the division, based on Wall-E and Bird workflows, the Forge tool hosting solution in Azure, and the RES Azure landing zones and OpenShift clusters. We support our OBEs through their daily challenges in legacy environments and the Public Cloud, preparing development tools for future technical challenges (Cloud Native applications, DevOps, GitHub repositories, Security scanners, etc.).
Your Main Responsibilities
We seek a Cloud DevOps Platform SRE to join us in shaping the platform delegation model of the RES Azure landing zones and OpenShift clusters, and to contribute to toolchain evolutions. The ideal candidate combines Site Reliability and DevOps approaches, prioritizing platform stability and efficiency.
With a strong background in Cloud operations and Change Management, you will organize the complexity of a modern OpenShift setup into indicators that summarize system health, acting as a gatekeeper for stability during the RES applications' migration to the Cloud. You will also delve into deployment technicalities to investigate issues and identify cost optimization drivers (FinOps).
Effective communication in a team context (remote and community-based) is essential.

- Strong capabilities in Cloud, ideally Azure
- Good understanding of Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Full proficiency in English is mandatory
