About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Restaurant Chef to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

What you will do

Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Restaurant Chef will work side by side with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to manage the kitchen team to make sure product always exceeds expectations of the guest. The Restaurant Chef will oversee services of Ciclo, Live Oak and Room Service in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.

What you bring

• One to two years’ experience as a chef/management role required
• Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States
