Position Overview:

This role will be a key hands-on contributor across Salesforce clouds and connected enterprise systems, delivering scalable, intelligent solutions that drive business value and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is technically strong and detail-oriented—experienced in building across the Salesforce platform, developing AI-powered agent solutions with Agentforce, activating unified customer data through Data Cloud 360, and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure Agentforce agents, including prompt templates, agent actions, and flows that automate and enhance business processes.
  • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud 360 to unify, harmonize, and activate customer data across the enterprise, including data streams, identity resolution, and calculated insights.
  • Develop and maintain features across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform).
  • Write clean, maintainable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, adhering to established best practices.
  • Support integration requirements using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or similar tools (Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, etc.) where needed.
  • Support ETL and data integration processes, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely exchange of data across Salesforce and associated tools.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving solution designs for quality, performance, and security.
  • Support and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
  • Work within the defined environment strategy (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) and follow release processes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, escalating to senior team members when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform configuration.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce development across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Experience with Agentforce, including building AI agents, prompt templates, and agent actions within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud 360, including data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, and data activation.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP), XML/JSON, and ETL processes.
  • Solid programming or scripting skills (Python, Java, or similar); Apex experience required.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and CRM integrations.
  • Knowledge of network security and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform) or similar integration platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with Palantir desired but not required.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
