Our mission is simple: <strong>saving lives and restoring relationships </strong>by helping people get their lives back, and treating every individual with empathy and respect.</span></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong> As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Therapist/Counselor will oversee the therapeutic services provided to a caseload of clients. This individual will act as the treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in the development and implementation of the master treatment plan and the discharge plan for each client. The Therapist/Counselor will provide individual, group and family therapy for assigned clients, as required by contractual and licensure obligations. This person will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to clients and their family members.
