Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Service Experience Center in Weehawken or Nashville. The Client Service Experience Center is the contact center that supports our US Wealth Management clients and colleagues. We are a driven and diverse team with over 250 people working in close partnership with GWM Americas and functions to drive a best-in-class client experience. The Client Service team mission is to create an excellent client and field experience through inclusive partnership, the collective knowledge of the team and identification of opportunities to drive business decisions.

Your expertise

• you will need to have a bachelor’s degree 2024 and August 2025 graduates welcome
• strong verbal / written communication and relationship-building skills
• exceptional service mindset with focus on active listening
• proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows and basic computer hardware understanding
• excellent organization and time management skills

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $55000 to $77000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
